Managing Director  

Lauren's journey from a background in HR and recruitment at international companies to operational logistics with a leading UK water company exemplifies her adaptability and leadership skills. Excelling as a PA to the board of operational heads, Lauren has consistently demonstrated her passion for people and business, believing firmly that investing in people is the key to success.

As Managing Director, Lauren brings this same commitment to understanding the wants and needs of our clients, ensuring their goals and ambitions are at the forefront of T10 Automotive's strategy. Her accessible and adaptable approach not only builds strong relationships but also drives the company's vision forward.

Leading with a focus on efficient and effective delivery, Lauren ensures that the training team aligns with our global clients’ needs, reflecting her dedication to driving T10 Automotive towards innovative heights and sustained success.   

Marketing Manager

Ella brings considerable experience in marketing from a retail background.  In particular, social media and branding.

With an eye on trends, content and platforms, Ella's role is to keep T10 in front of B2B prospects and clients.

With her appreciation of how our business needs to show not only that it exists but also what it does and how that could be of operational and financial benefit to clients, Ella's focus is to always be ahead of the curve.
