As Founder and Chairman of T10 Automotive, Kelvin combines strategic thinking with a genuine passion for supporting others. He continues to write, present and share ideas that inspire both our team and the wider automotive industry.

Known for his calm, thoughtful approach, Kelvin brings perspective, clarity and heart to T10 — helping keep the business focused on its values while encouraging innovation and growth at every stage.

Managing Director

Lauren’s career has taken her from HR and recruitment to operational logistics, giving her a real understanding of people, pressure and how businesses work in the real world. She has always been driven by helping people grow, fixing problems quickly and keeping things simple.

As Managing Director of T10 Automotive, Lauren brings a warm, honest and down-to-earth approach to leadership. She genuinely listens to clients, understands what they’re trying to achieve and makes sure the team is focused on delivering training that actually makes a difference.

Her style is people-centric, practical and unwaveringly supportive — shaping T10 into a company built on relationships, real value and doing the right thing for every business we work with.

Operations Co-Ordinator

Ella is T10’s Operations Co-ordinator, ensuring the smooth running of our programmes, logistics and day-to-day operations.

With a background in retail and a strong foundation in marketing, she brings excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a natural understanding of how people engage with brands.

Her experience in content, branding and social media gives her a unique perspective in operations — she understands not just what we deliver, but how it is experienced by our clients.

Ella’s focus is on keeping T10 operating efficiently, supporting our trainers, improving internal processes and ensuring our clients receive a professional, seamless service from start to finish.

Training Co-Ordinator

Vikki brings a vast background in management and administration, and her knowledge is truly invaluable to the T10 team. 

As our Training Coordinator, she supports clients with everything from IMI administration to MOT certification, handling every detail with calm efficiency and care.

Organised, proactive and incredibly dependable, Vikki keeps our programmes running smoothly and ensures learners, trainers and clients always have the support they need. Her experience and input play a key role in delivering the seamless, professional service T10 is known for.
