Over four decades Kelvin has helped individuals and teams in some of the world’s most successful enterprises to grow.  In addition to working with clients, he aims to inspire others through a variety of routes.

Creating and delivering presentations, authoring books and articles and today is developing a new series of podcasts and marketing videos for distribution aimed at the automotive sector.

Kelvin’s approach uniquely combines experience of business strategy with that of practical application. At the heart of his personal and business beliefs is a strong sense of seeing things  as others view them.

 Lauren’s background within HR and recruitment working for international companies took her to operational logistics with a large UK water company where she excelled as a PA to the board of operational heads. People and business are a huge passion for Lauren and she believes investment in people is the way to success.   

Working alongside clients, understanding their businesses wants and needs is where she thrives, their goals and ambitions become her own.  

Through her accessible and adaptable approach to any situation, she builds strong relationships with clients and our own training team ensuring they deliver courses for our clients all over the world efficiently and effectively.   

Marketing Manager

Ella brings considerable experience in marketing from a retail background.  In particular, social media and branding.

With an eye on trends, content and platforms, Ella's role is to keep T10 in front of B2B prospects and clients.

With her appreciation of how our business needs to show not only that it exists but also what it does and how that could be of operational and financial benefit to clients, Ella's focus is to always be ahead of the curve.
